SKIPPING WORKSHOP - 5th February 2019

As part of our work related to Mental Health Week - the school held a Skip2BFit workshop throughout the day.   The workshop highlighted the importance and advantages of being and keeping fit and how it helps your brain too!

 

Each class had a 30 minute workshop where the skills and advantages of skipping were looked at.   The challenge was then to find out who could do the most skips and get the highest score.
