SAFEGUARDING
Safeguarding and Child Protection
At Lydbrook Primary School we fully recognise our responsibilities for child protection. It is our priority to keep your children safe. We will therefore:-
- Promote a culture which makes our school a safe place to learn where children feel safe and are encouraged to talk, and are listened to
- Make sure children know that there are adults in the school who they can talk to if they are worried
- Help children to develop the skills they need to recotnise and stay safe from abuse (including online abuse).
All our staff are trained in safeguarding, DBS checked and are aware of the school and statutory protocals that must be followed in accordance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (September 2022)
