Online Pupil Survey - Year 4 and 5 pupils only

In collaboration with Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning  Group, GHLL and researchers at the University of Oxford, our school has signed up to take part in the ‘Online Pupil Survey -Lockdown Edition’, which aims to monitor the well-being of school pupils during lockdown and to assess the impact of COVID-19 on mental wellbeing and learning.

Please read through the information letter for parents, and there is more information about the survey on the research team's webpage, including Frequently Asked Questions (https://www.psych.ox.ac.uk/research/schoolmentalhealth). You might also find it helpful to watch the 3 minute video about the survey which we have recorded for children to watch before they are invited to take part: https://youtu.be/gbwVdBuf1zA

All pupils from Years 4 and 5 will be invited to take part, unless you contact us to let us know that you are not happy for your child to be invited. If your child is currently attending school, then they will have the opportunity to complete the survey within class.

If you do not want your child to take part in the survey, please notify the school (admin@lydbrook.gloucs.sch.uk) before Wednesday, 24th June.  The invite to complete the survey will be sent out by email on the 26th June so please make sure that your child’s class teacher has your email address.   The survey should be completed by 30th June.

Kind regards,

Sophie Sprawson
